Challenge
This homeowner is located in a high wind area in Thornton, Colorado. The previous roof was installed with builder-grade shingles that were not properly installed. There were only 3 nails per shingle which voided the warranty and the wind rating.
Solution
High Impact Roofing and Exeteriors was able to replace the front slope with Owens Corning Duration (in the color Desert Tan) shingles that carry a 130 MPH wind warranty. The homeowner was very pleased with the crew and the finished product.
