Full-Service Roofing for Centennial, CO Homeowners
As a trusted Centennial roofing contractor, High Impact handles everything from a single storm-torn shingle to a full tear-off and replacement. Centennial sits in Arapahoe County with roughly 107,000 residents, high homeownership, and strong median home values. Your roof protects a serious investment, and we treat it that way.
Centennial's cold semi-arid climate is hard on roofs. Sunny summers bake shingles, snowy winters drive freeze and thaw cycles, and Front Range hail and wind hit on a regular schedule. From homes near The Streets at SouthGlenn to neighborhoods along Arapahoe Road, that weather creates recurring stress most homeowners only notice after a leak.
Every High Impact project includes permit handling, inspection coordination, and a free, no-obligation inspection. No guesswork, no surprises.
- Local since 2009, licensed and code-fluent in Centennial
- Permit and city inspection coordination built into every job
- Free 24-hour inspection with photo-documented findings
What We Do
Centennial Roofing Services
Roof Replacement in Centennial, CO
Hail and Wind Damage Assessment
Centennial sits in the Denver metro hail corridor, where wind gusts and large hail are recurring threats. Our HAAG-certified inspectors document damage to exact insurance-claim standards. Class 4 shingle upgrades can earn 20 to 28% premium reductions with Colorado carriers.
Insurance Claim Documentation and Supplementing
We document the exact scope of loss, meet your adjuster on-site, and file supplements when carriers underpay. Xactimate-based estimates catch common omissions like ice and water shield, drip edge, and decking replacement.
Roof Repair in Centennial, CO
Targeted repairs for leaks, missing or damaged shingles, flashing failures, and storm-torn sections. All repairs and reroofs require a permit in Centennial, and we handle that coordination on every job. Backed by a 7-year workmanship warranty.
No-Obligation Roof Inspections
A thorough inspection covering shingles, flashing, ventilation, decking, underlayment, and structural integrity. Photo-documented before any claim is filed, which protects you from a denied claim creating a record against your policy. Scheduled within 24 hours.
Emergency Tarping and Storm Response
24/7 response to active leaks, sudden storm damage, or wind-blown material loss. Emergency tarping stops water intrusion and stabilizes your home until permanent repairs are scheduled. In Centennial's hail seasons and winter ice events, fast response is a practical expectation, not an exception.
Roof Certification for Home Sales
Our HAAG Certified Inspector credential is trusted by Centennial buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. Any repairs needed to pass certification are handled under the same project.
Code Fluency That Protects You
What Centennial's Building Code Means for Your Roof
Most roofing companies gloss over the permit process. We lead with it, because getting it wrong stalls your project and can fail city inspection. Centennial requires permits for most reroofs, and those permits must be in place before work begins.
The city requires both a mid-roof and a final inspection. For the mid-roof inspection, the tear-off and underlayment must be complete, with the new roofing material between 25% and 75% installed, and the permit holder must provide a safe ladder meeting OSHA guidelines. The city inspector will not bring one. We coordinate that timing as part of the project schedule.
Centennial also requires a full tear-off with no overlays, solid sheathing where spaced decking exists, and minimum underlayment and ice-barrier rules. Roofing materials must meet Centennial’s adopted building-code and product requirements. We specify compliant products at the estimate stage, so the code side is off your plate from day one.
Permits pulled and tracked before work begins

Five-Star Reviews From High Impact Clients
Garrett Kurt and his team did a beautiful job on my roof. He helped me through the insurance claim process and his roofing crew were professional, answered all my questions throughout the project and cleaned up my property every day. I am absolutely delighted that I chose High Impact for my roofing job and would highly recommend their services!
5 out of 5 stars
My family engaged Garrett Kurtt and his team at High Impact last summer to assess the hail storm damage to our wood shake roof and then work with the insurance company. They worked through the estimating process with the insurance company with great precision and responsiveness, successfully negotiated with the insurance company on the full claim, and two months later we had a beautiful, new tile roof!
Garrett and his team actively communicated with us about work that was being performed, and when it was being performed. The new roof was installed beautifully, and the workers were friendly and polite to my family throughout the construction phase. And even though it was a large job that took nearly two weeks, at the conclusion of the project the entire area around the house was so pristine that you would have never known that we had had our entire roof removed and replaced just days before.
I recommend High Impact Construction without reservation. In an industry full of often sketchy companies looking for a quick buck, they set themselves apart by their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work.

Derrick Stuckey happened to stop by at a time I was looking for someone to replace my gutters on our Aurora home. Turns out after inspection I need a new roof also. He was very helpful with all the steps in the process. The manual workers were all respectable as they accomplished the work on roof and gutters. The hard working team of roofers and gutters men worked together as they accomplished the tasks needed . They policed and cleaned up before they left. Very hard working group of men.

FAQs
Centennial Roofing Questions, Answered
Yes, most reroofs require a permit, and it must be in place before or as work begins. The city also requires a mid-roof inspection when the roof is no more than 50% complete, plus a final inspection. High Impact handles all permit and inspection coordination for you.
Centennial requires a full tear-off, and only a single layer of asphalt shingles is allowed. That's why our estimates include tear-off and disposal as standard line items rather than surprise add-ons.
We start with a HAAG-certified inspection, document the full scope of loss with Xactimate-based estimates, meet your adjuster on-site, and file supplements when carriers underpay. See our full insurance claim process for details.
Within 24 hours of booking. The inspection is free, photo-documented, and carries no obligation.
Roofs must be Class A fire-rated and meet local wind-rating requirements. We recommend Class 4 impact-resistant shingles for Centennial's storm exposure, since they hold up better to hail and can qualify you for insurance premium discounts. Ask about our roofing warranties.
