He helped me through the insurance claim process and his roofing crew were professional, answered all my questions throughout the project and cleaned up my property every day. I am absolutely delighted that I chose High Impact for my roofing job and would highly recommend their services!

 

My family engaged Garrett Kurtt and his team at High Impact last summer to assess the hail storm damage to our wood shake roof and then work with the insurance company. They worked through the estimating process with the insurance company with great precision and responsiveness, successfully negotiated with the insurance company on the full claim, and two months later we had a beautiful, new tile roof!

Garrett and his team actively communicated with us about work that was being performed, and when it was being performed. The new roof was installed beautifully, and the workers were friendly and polite to my family throughout the construction phase. And even though it was a large job that took nearly two weeks, at the conclusion of the project the entire area around the house was so pristine that you would have never known that we had had our entire roof removed and replaced just days before.

I had high impact roofing do my roof after a hail storm in May. They came and helped me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. It ended up being an easy process with them. Derrick was awesome and communicated with me during the process. Very professional company to deal with. They did my roof, exterior siding and screen work. They have great workers and very knowledgeable and professional services. I would work with this company again.

Derrick Stuckey happened to stop by at a time I was looking for someone to replace my gutters on our Aurora home. Turns out after inspection I need a new roof also. He was very helpful with all the steps in the process. The manual workers were all respectable as they accomplished the work on roof and gutters. The hard working team of roofers and gutters men worked together as they accomplished the tasks needed . They policed and cleaned up before they left. Very hard working group of men.

Filing a claim after a Hail Storm is stressful enough. Having a team like High Impact was a dream. They brought so much knowledge and expertise to the table, assisting me with my Insurance company.
