Roofing Services Lone Tree Homeowners Can Count On
As a full-service Lone Tree roofing contractor, High Impact handles everything from a single wind-lifted shingle to a complete tear-off and replacement. Lone Tree is a planned Douglas County community with high homeownership and strong home values, and your roof protects one of the biggest investments you own.
That roof also works hard. At roughly 5,800 feet, Lone Tree sees warm summers, cold winters, freeze-thaw cycles, Front Range hail, and wind design speeds up to 115 mph. From homes near Park Meadows and the Lone Tree Arts Center to neighborhoods around Bluffs Regional Park, that mix directly affects how a roof should be specified and installed.
Lone Tree enforces the 2021 International Codes with local amendments, so permits and inspections are required for most reroofs. High Impact handles permit and inspection coordination for roofing projects and offers free, no-obligation roof inspections.
- Local since 2009, licensed and code-fluent in Lone Tree
- Permit and city inspection coordination built into every job
- Free 24-hour inspection with photo-documented findings
What We Do
Lone Tree Roofing Services
Roof Tear-Off and Replacement
Hail Inspection and Repair
The Denver metro, including Lone Tree, sees hail and severe summer storms on a recurring basis. Our HAAG-certified inspectors document damage to insurance-claim standards, and we recommend Class 4 hail-resistant shingles for that exposure.
Claims and Adjuster Support
We document the full scope of loss, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file supplements when carriers underpay. Xactimate-based estimates catch common omissions like ice and water shield, drip edge, and decking replacement.
Roof Repair and Storm Fixes
Fast, precise repairs for leaks, flashing failures, wind-lifted shingles, and storm-damaged sections. A re-roof permit is required when replacing more than one square, and every repair is backed by a 7-year workmanship warranty.
Roof Inspection and Scheduling
A thorough inspection covering shingles, flashing, decking, underlayment, ventilation, and structural integrity. Every report is photo-documented before any claim is filed, which protects your policy, and scheduled within 24 hours of booking.
Emergency Leak Response
24/7 response to sudden leaks, wind-blown material loss, or storm impact. Emergency tarping stabilizes your home and prevents water intrusion until permitted repairs are underway, and we coordinate scheduling to avoid permit lapses.
Roof Certification for Sales
Our HAAG Certified Inspector credential is trusted by Lone Tree buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. If repairs are needed to pass certification, we handle them under the same project on the same timeline.
Code and Climate Fluency That Protects You
Why Lone Tree Weather and Code Make Contractor Selection Matter
Lone Tree's climate and code are a big part of why the right contractor matters here. At 5,800 feet, intense UV and repeated freeze-thaw cycles shorten material lifespans, so we recommend UV-resistant products paired with proper ventilation and underlayment. The city's published roof snow load of 30 psf shapes structural requirements and material choices on every replacement.
Wind is not a suggestion, it is code. Lone Tree's ultimate wind design speed of 115 mph (Exposure C) means uplift resistance and wind-rated fastening patterns are required, and tile installations need wind clips. Fire matters too: aligned with Colorado's wildfire resiliency standards, ember-resistant details and apped properties undergoing qualifying roof work may require Class A roofing materials and ember-resistant details.
HOA rules add another layer. Several Lone Tree neighborhoods, including The Charter, set specific color, material, and replacement procedures, so we help you confirm HOA roofing requirements before work begins. Re-roof permits are required for replacements over one square, with mid-roof and final inspections, typically scheduled the next business day for requests submitted by midnight. We bring all of this to every Lone Tree project, so it stays off your plate.

What Our Clients Say
Garrett Kurt and his team did a beautiful job on my roof. He helped me through the insurance claim process and his roofing crew were professional, answered all my questions throughout the project and cleaned up my property every day. I am absolutely delighted that I chose High Impact for my roofing job and would highly recommend their services!
5 out of 5 stars
My family engaged Garrett Kurtt and his team at High Impact last summer to assess the hail storm damage to our wood shake roof and then work with the insurance company. They worked through the estimating process with the insurance company with great precision and responsiveness, successfully negotiated with the insurance company on the full claim, and two months later we had a beautiful, new tile roof!
Garrett and his team actively communicated with us about work that was being performed, and when it was being performed. The new roof was installed beautifully, and the workers were friendly and polite to my family throughout the construction phase. And even though it was a large job that took nearly two weeks, at the conclusion of the project the entire area around the house was so pristine that you would have never known that we had had our entire roof removed and replaced just days before.
I recommend High Impact Construction without reservation. In an industry full of often sketchy companies looking for a quick buck, they set themselves apart by their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work.

It means uplift resistance and wind-rated fastening patterns are code, not optional, and tile installations require wind clips. High Impact specifies compliant, wind-rated products at the estimate stage so your roof meets the 115 mph design requirement from the start.
Yes. Several Lone Tree HOAs, including The Charter, have specific color, material, and procedure requirements. We're familiar with navigating these approvals and help you confirm HOA roofing guidelines before your replacement begins.
We start with a HAAG-certified inspection, document the full scope of loss with Xactimate-based estimates, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file supplements when carriers underpay. See our full insurance claim process for details.
